Seminole High School

Mike Snyder began his coaching career at Seminole in 1971 as an assistant to Wayne Estes.  In 1980, Estes left Seminole for a position in Texas and Mike Snyder’s story began.  Over the next  45 years, the story turned in to a legacy. Coach Snyder has amassed 399 wins, the most in the State of Oklahoma, led his teams to one (1) State Championship, five (5) State Runner-Ups, seven (7) semi-finals and made the postseason an additional 27 times. Remarkably, from 1985 to 2015, Snyder’s teams appeard in the playoffs 31 consecutive years.
